GAMES. 3,4,5 year-old students

Hello, good afternoon.

This English week has been full of activities for our little students as well. They have had some songs and storytelling carried out by students in Baccaulerate and some traditional English games thanks to the Physical Education Department and their own English teachers.

We are going to show you some photos.

FRIDAY. Master class for Secondary School and Baccaulerate

The students of 3rd, 4th Secondary School and Baccaulerate have attended a masterclass to know a bit more about the United Kingdom and its own culture.

The first one was about festival ad some different traditions in England (Notting Hill carnival, St. Patrick's Day...)

The second one was about History and universities in the United Kingdom.

THURSDAY. Quiz in Primary School

Time to practise Maths and Science. We had the opportunity to see how hard the students have worked to prepare the quiz and to perform it.

Good luck

THURSDAY. Experiments in 1st, 2nd and 3rd Primary School

Have you ever thought about being a scientist?

I think all our students in first cycle of Primary school became scientists yesterday morning and afternoon in class when they conduct some experiments with their science teachers.

The experiments they conducted were based on:

* how to make an egg dance
* how to make a homemade rocket
* what they can do with a cardboard fish
* chemical changes
* a jar. Is it full, empty or...?

TUESDAY. Talent show

We had a talent show on Tuesday that was amazing. The students delighted us with their performances which were differnent one.

* how to play a musical instrument
* how to sing
* how to do magic tricks

The performances were varied and we had a fantastic time all together. We will show you videos and photos as soon as possible.

The winner was Inés Zamora (6st Primary School)

WEDNESDAY. QUIZ in Secondary School

Yesterday afernoon, from 3:15 to 4:30 pm. the students in 1st and 2nd Secondary School showed their skills and knowledge about English culture, vocabulary, grammar and spelling. They were able to do it in front of their relatives who came just to see and enjoy it.

We had a really good time seeing how they were able to set the combination of the glasses so quickly and at the same time how hard they had been working to prepare the quiz.

we also counted with Daniel Serrano and Bernardo's help just for the presentation. They are two of the oldest students at school who were helping us the whole afternoon trying to have everything ready. They also did it fantastic. Thanks

The winner was Anaïs Kronengold and the finalist was Alicia Pérez. They both are part of the group of 1st A Secondary School, so they were so incredibly surprised. All the students gave them a big round of applause.

THURSDAY. Experiments in Secondary School

This morning they have had time to conduct some experiments in their classes. The person in charge of this activity is Borja, an american environmentalist who has explained to the students how to be a creative person using their knowledge of Natural Sciences.

The experiments were based on pressure, volume, air, non-newtonian fluids and particles.
